Contest Period:

• The Okto Meme-a-thon runs from April 17th (midnight UTC) to April 27th (midnight UTC), 2024.
• Only memes created and submitted within this timeframe will be considered valid entries.

Submission Guidelines:

• You can submit multiple memes during the contest period.
• Memes will be judged based on originality, idea, use of trending narratives, image/GIF quality, and the overall impact.

Eligibility:

• Participants must have a valid Okto wallet to receive rewards and Okto Social Credits.
• Plagiarism or reuploads of others' content will lead to disqualification.

Reward Distribution:

• The top 3 winners will receive prizes as follows: USDT 69, USD 69/2, and USD (69/2)/2 respectively.
• Winning memes will be featured on Okto’s official Twitter and Founder Neeraj Khadelwal's handle.
• Winners will be announced on May 1st, 2024, and rewards will be distributed by May 7th, 2024.
• All original submissions, whether they win or not, will earn Okto Social Credits.

Additional Eligibility Criteria: 

Participants must meet one of the following criteria:

1. A registered user currently transacting on the Okto platform.
2. Compliant with KYC requirements and Campaign rules.
3. A citizen of India and above 18 years of age.
4. A new user who downloads the Okto app and registers.
5. A user previously registered and actively transacting on the Okto platform.

General Campaign Terms:

1. Okto may introduce new quests periodically. The effective period of the Campaign determines the terms for each specific quest.
2. Participants relinquish any rights to dispute Okto's decisions, and Okto is not bound or liable to any promises or guarantees to any participant.
3. Okto shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Participant for Campaign reward. Okto holds all rights to revoke the reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, or breach of applicable law or terms herein by any participants.
4. The manner in which the Reward will be distributed shall be as per the internal process followed by Okto. However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by Okto. Okto does not undertake any liability for the same.
5. Okto holds all rights to revoke the Reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the Reward by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein by any Participant. Okto shall have a right to proceed against the Participant in a manner as Okto may deem fit.
6. Okto holds the authority to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or alter its terms without prior notice.
7. Fair Play: Okto reserves the right to disqualify participants for dishonest activities, including bulk-account registrations, reusing chain funds, or any other unlawful or harmful activities.
8. Participants will indemnify and safeguard Okto against any claims, losses, expenses, damages, liabilities arising from a breach of these terms or any applicable laws.
9. The Participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that Okto does not undertake any guarantee or warranty on the quality of any third party product or service being distributed under the Campaign as Reward and shall not be liable for any defects or discrepancies.
