Okto will be going offline briefly for scheduled maintenance and updates. This short break will allow us to enable some exciting new updates for you soon :) 

Maintenance Schedule:
🗓️ Start Time: 00:00 AM, April 24, 2024 (IST) (Midnight)
🗓️ End Time: 03:00 AM, April 24, 2024 (IST)

During downtime hours:

• Access to Okto will be unavailable.
• All features such as Buy/Sell, Swap, Earn and Futures will be unavailable.

Futures

Pre-Maintenance Position Management: It's advised to add sufficient margin to open positions before the downtime to prevent potential liquidations once the system resumes.

Order Execution During Downtime:

• Stop Loss (ST) and Take Profit (TP) Orders: Any ST/PT orders made prior to the downtime will be auto-filled as per the market conditions
• Futures Limit Orders: These will be executed if the set prices are reached based on market movement. 

Visibility of updated orders will be available only after the downtime.

Restrictions During Downtime:

• Order Modifications: Creating, editing, or canceling orders will not be possible.
• Access Limitations: Charts, history, PnL, and other trading services will be inaccessible.
• Recommendations: Maintain adequate margins and manage existing positions to mitigate risks during this period.

A few important things to note:

1. Safety First: Your funds are entirely safe during this downtime.
2. Why the Break? We are rolling out some cool upgrades which we’re excited to announce soon:) 
3. Upcoming Features: Get excited! We have listened to your feedback and are adding new features to improve your experience.
