- PROMOTION PERIOD: The HODL, Earn, & WIN! Campaign (“Campaign”) begins tentatively on 8th June and will continue for a period of 30 days ("Promotion Period") i.e. till 8th July 2023
- ELIGIBILITY: In order for users to be eligible for this campaign they must do all of the below:
- Download the Okto App
- Sign up and create their wallet backup
- Like and retweet Okto's contest announcement post on Twitter and follow Okto's Twitter handle
- Invest a minimum of $50 in any WOOFi Simple Earn Vault within the Promotion Period
- Stake the aforementioned investment in the WOOFi vault for the entirety of the Promotion Period.
3. WINNING CRITERIA: Winners will be selected from users who meet the eligibility criteria and who:
- Have staked a minimum of $50 for the entire Promotion Period
- Have not unstaked their investment during the Promotion Period
- Winners would be chosen in a random order
- A maximum of 50 winners would be rewarded with $1,000 worth of WOO tokens
- Each user will approximately get $20 worth WOO Tokens
- This is subject to vary and the price of WOO token would be decided on the final day of the reward campaign
- The total reward pool for 50 winners would be $1,000
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES: Participants agree to accept and comply with all terms and conditions of this Campaign. By participating, users consent to Okto sharing the wallet addresses of winners with WOOFi for the purpose of distributing rewards.
5. PROMOTION: Participants agree that WOOFi and Okto may use their names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Participants also agree that WOOFi and Okto may publish a blog and host live sessions about the Campaign on various platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Twitter Spaces, and YouTube Live Stream.
6. LIMITATIONS: Okto and WOOFi are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
7. AMENDMENTS: Okto and WOOFi reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
8. GOVERNING LAW: The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Okto's and WOOFi's headquarters are located, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
By participating in the HODL, Earn, & WIN! Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
